Let’s open a discussion about communications.  We are all counted on to communicate effectively.  Sometimes it is one-on-one, sometimes you have to make a speech, or speak up at a meeting.

And believe it or not, sometimes listening is required!  I am going to try to put a few thoughts out there for us to chat about.  Let’s start with public speaking.  Why is it so hard, and why do people fear public speaking?
